IC1Florida Energy Project
Statewide Pilot Project 12 Fuel Production Refineries
67 Clean Energy Plants "ZERO WASTE"75 Megawatt each!
Each county of Florida shall receive one advanced technology waste to energy power production plant of 75 megawatt per hour and site capacity with the minimum design of 80 MWh and is site specific, self sustainable
Business modeling site plan will consist of property of 10 acres and up with design for one onsite waste to energy molecular processors for production of liquid and or gaseous fuels depending on site design. One refinery can produce fuel to operate at full capacity six of our highly efficient 75 MWh jet turbine generators.
Our initial plan shall be for12 primary refinery sites that will supply fuel for all 67 county sites. Each site will have the basic design of 4 acres for the fuel refinery for a multitude of processing systems and op to 6 modular build power plants of 75 MWh each on the minimum of one acre each. Additional refineries will be manufactured so that each county will have a secure self sustainable clean energy production facilities for scheduled for 80 MWh per site.
Six counties will be grouped with the best case logistics for each of the Molecular Fuel Refineries for close in proximity delivery of fuel weekly or even daily if required.

Our IC1Florida County Community Infrastructure Project shall be designed to offer the cleanest of energy in addition to offering funding to each Florida County Government Organizations direct financial support.
Initial Site of 75 MWh produces 1,800,000 KWh per day and site designed for 10,800,000 KWh/day or annually 3,942,000,000 KWh at Basic Design Capacity. Each site shall be licensed within the county as IC1Lt Coop.

SUMTER COUNTY OPERATIONAL PILOT PROJECT
Our primary pilot site for the state of Florida has the base funding requirement of $55,000,000 and will be our headquarters for the IC1Florida Energy Development Division. Over 130 acres with expansion plan for another 1,600 acres for 2021.
Our business plan includes property and business model on a site already approved and have completed install infrastructure of about 3.9 miles of sewage pipe and 3.5 miles of water main pipe looped to the city community. The site has already been approved for approximately 425 modular, mobile and fixed home sites. Several high quality water wells with more than one 250,000 gallon use permits.
Our site also has dedicated 5 acres of Industrial Commercial Zone with rail on one side and primary roadway close to Florida Interstate I75 and several other highways. The housing site pads and construction plans have been approved and ready for community development.
The city and county has already asked the company to expand the water and sewage for an additional 4.5 miles to both sides of I75 to include the Rest Areas, commercial industries and the large prison facility.
Our choice location will allow us not only to supply clean water process the sewage, we can add Municipal Solid Waste to the expanded facility. As the company financed the build out of the infrastructure with the county we can the power production to the infrastructure at the same time. Many of the major equipment can be assembled and manufactured at this facility and another existing locations in the neighboring counties, all within 20-40 minutes of travel.

We have six counties selected as the start point in the business model however we intend to structure all 67 sites within 12-18 months with clusters of 6 counties of logistical venues following the same Statewide Operational Plan.
The 12 molecular refineries for fuels may have different waste stock materials to include toxic wastewater from desalination system on the coastal oceans or brackish waters. Primary modular design will be the case for all site development throughout the total business modeling to allow us the most flexible distribution of clean energy in Florida.

Investment Conditions (PROJECT DIRECT)
State of Florida allows self certified power generation to be placed on the grid for up to 80 Megawatt per hour.
Waste to Energy and Clean Energy has "Priority to the Grid"status. We qualify on both!
The design modeling of our advanced technology systems produce 75 Megawatt per hour, in addition to being modular; integration of our systems are routinely expanded for Water Treatment, Desalination, Municipal Solid Waste Destruction, Sewage treatment with zero waste in addition can be modified for handling extreme toxic waste with ZERO WASTE!
